2026 Assessment Rate Increase

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on November 6, 2025, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2026 and determined that the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget and expenses. After careful consideration, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve a $25.00 increase to the annual assessment, effective January 1, 2026. Beginning in 2026, assessments will increase from $450.00 annually to $475.00 annually. Payments for your assessments will be due annually in the amount of $475.00. Formal letters outlining this change will be mailed to all homeowners.

If you have automatic payments set up through your bank, please be sure to update your payment amount prior to the effective date of January 1, 2026.
